there are 2 drain nuts on the bottom of the tank. If you can get a bucket or something with enough volume to hold the fuel in the tank, that is the quickest way to do it. Then if you feel the need to purge the old fuel in the lines, just disconnect the line after the fuel filter and route it into a bucket or catch of some sort and crank the car over, this will purge all the old fuel out of the lines.
